Arthur Robert Saks III was born in Staten Island, New York and raised in St. Thomas, USVI with a few stops in between. His parents were avid travelers and owned properties in New York, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alaska and St. Thomas. Real estate was a part of Arthur’s life from a young age, as he grew up tending to his parent’s rental properties. He always knew that real estate was something he wanted to pursue.
After a 15 year career in the culinary world traveling across the country as an Executive Chef that specializing in designing and opening acclaimed restaurant concepts, he settled down in Bayonne, NJ and with his wife, purchased his first home. The experience was unfortunately less than ideal, as the real estate agent he dealt with was non-responsive, not very informative, and lacked the empathy required when dealing with someone who is looking to make one of the largest purchases of their lives.
After this negative experience, Arthur decided to pursue real estate as he knew what it was like to go through such an exciting experience and be left unsatisfied. He takes a hands-on approach to real estate, walking every client through the process and is always there to answer questions and give suggestions. He genuinely treats each transaction as if it is his own and goes above and beyond to help his clients achieve the best deal possible. At the end of the day, he wants the process of buying, selling or renting to be as exciting as the final result.
