Daniel Rosario, leader of the Ventaja Group at Midtown Commercial Real Estate, is an interdisciplinary specialist focused on Investment Sales, Corporate Real Estate needs (leasing included), and ground up development for multifamily and industrial properties. Clients typically retain Daniel to explore acquisitions, repurposing, and disposing of assets because of his ability to understand the institutional fund cycle and channels to successfully quarterback transactions through meticulous investment committee reviews. In addition to providing CRE advisory services, Mr. Rosario’s extensive network within the capital markets in the East Coast is a value-add for clients who rely on equity from limited partners and funding for various tranche levels of debt. Mr. Rosario’s modus operandi is to deliver “institutional quality with the agility of a boutique.”
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Rutgers Business School in Newark, NJ and holds a Certification in Commercial Real Estate from the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. Mr. Rosario is actively involved in various chambers of commerce throughout Northern New Jersey, and is a mentor to college students pursuing careers in Commercial Real Estate, and engages in philanthropic efforts through his fraternal bonds with the Free & Accepted Masons of New Jersey, and Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
