As a Managing Director at Midtown Commercial Realty, David is specifically responsible for the strategy and development of the Industrial, Multi-Family and Office/Medical segments of the brokerage. He leads a team that is directly involved with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors primarily across these segments of commercial properties. From his time at Fortune 100 companies, one of David’s specialty’s is marketing and creating customized programs for clients. David has expertise in identifying investment opportunities and/or purchase-lease tactics that align with a clients’ goals. He negotiates multiple aspects of a transaction and assists clients in acquiring or leasing properties at prices that fit their investment strategies or work for them to operate their business.
