M. Paulina Bohorquez

Paulina joined Midtown in 2022 as the Managing Principal and Broker in Charge of the Raleigh NC office. She will spearhead Midtown's residential and commercial real estate expansion throughout the Southeastern United States. Paulina comes to Midtown from Keller Williams in Chapel Hill and later Cary, NC where she has served in a variety of leadership and mentorship roles.

With more than 18 years' experience as a North Carolina licensed real estate broker, broker-in-charge and real estate professional, Paulina, leads a growing team of real estate agents across the Triangle. As North Carolina's market continues to experience rapid growth, Paulina has seized the opportunity to combine her real estate know-how with her business acumen. Paulina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Meredith College and a Master's in Real Estate with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate Investment and Analysis from Columbia College/Realtor U.

Leveraging her market expertise and business skills, Paulina is uniquely positioned to build a team of talented and driven real estate professionals, which benefits key markets across North Carolina. Paulina is honored by the trust her clients and the brokers in her charge place in her and knows this trust has driven her high production rates and her growth in this space. Paulina and her team have won production and service awards and recognitions year over year. Paulina has had the privilege to serve on Keller Williams’s Agent Leadership Council four times, and she is proud to be regarded as a mega-agent in the Triangle area by her peers. Most recently Paulina served as the Broker in Charge and Commercial Director at the Keller Williams United Chapel Hill office.

Paulina currently leads The Residential Advantage and Elite Commercial Group under Midtown Select Realty Estate NC LLC and is actively adding high-performing agents who desire the opportunity to positively and responsibly impact the Triangle’s future through real estate. Paulina believes that anyone can build generational wealth through real estate and that this opportunity is not reserved for the select few.

Paulina lives in Raleigh with her husband and two children. She loves to spend time with family and friends, traveling and is very excited about what the future holds for our state!
