Midtown outsources the Transaction Management and administrative functions to Transaxiom Management. Led by Mia Martino, Transaxiom coordinates all transaction activities from inception to closing. They also provide administrative, support and concierge services as well as special projects. She established her career as a model and parlayed that into a media production company focusing on videos, websites and graphics for various clients throughout the US. She honed her client success skills in hospitality management at well known enterprises in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New Jersey and in her home town of Dallas, Texas. She is responsible for the day to day transaction management to ensure that our clients have a smooth and stress-free experience while buying, selling or leasing a property.
