There isn't many things that Ron Caparruva has not done. He is a decorated Marine, retired law enforcement officer and entrepreneur. Ron is the Director of Facilities and Property Management but that is just a small part of his day. He is the owner of F&J Associates who has Facilities and Cleaning operations throughout the TriState Area and Florida. His clients range from Fashion Retailers to Schools, Offices, Malls and everything in between.
