Bayonne Military Ocean Terminal Development

Midtown Commercial Realty is pleased to announce a joint venture to develop 250 units in Bayonne, NJ. The property, a part of the Military Ocean Terminal Redevelopment, is anticipated to be a 10 story Class A Multifamily Project.

Midtown Principals Carlo Caparruva and Cheryl Darmanin along with Angelique Freudberg and Salvatore Carrano of Remax Select Realty, represented the seller Shiva Flagship LLC. Midtown Director Eric Heller represented The Ramani Group, the purchaser in the transaction.
