Maplewood clothing retailers expand into New Construction space through Midtown.
The Maplewood Village locations of City Workshop and Meus Shop will be expanding!
Midtown Commercial Realty is pleased to announce that both retailers will be expanding their offerings into 104 Baker, the new mixed use property on Baker Street. The new location will widen their offerings with a new wellness concept on the second floor mezzanine.
Etan Tammam, Managing Director and Eric Heller Director of Midtown, represented the parties in the transaction. "We had alot of interest from Hoboken, Montclair and Brooklyn for the space" said Tammam. Added Heller, "Restaurants are looking all over this area because of the activity of Maplewood's downtown district"
Delivery should be completed by the landlord in December 2022.
