MIDTOWN BRINGS TWO NEW TENANTS TO UNION CENTER

Midtown Commercial is pleased to announce leases at 940 Stuyvesant Ave and 2016 Morris Avenue in Union, New Jersey. The Grubboxx, a food services company has relocated its operations to the 940 Stuyvesant property while Balloons by JJ Creations opened its doors at 2016 Morris Avenue. The Union Center located properties are situated in the midst of the new Centurion Union Center project, which is also being marketed by Midtown Commercial.

Midtown Vice President Mike Minitelli and Principal Carlo Caparruva completed the transaction on behalf of the Landlord.
