MIDTOWN COMPLETES THREE LEASES IN DOWNTOWN MILLBURN

Midtown Commercial recently completed three leases at 346-348 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, NJ. The leases, 1 Retail and 2 Residential, brought the property to being one hundred percent leased. Midtown Director Adam Newfeld and Principal Carlo Caparruva completed the transaction on behalf of the Landlord.

In a joint statement released by the Midtown agents, "The Millburn property was quite active. We were fortunate to place Siatta Concepts, a clothing retailer into the retail space signing a lease immediately after the former tenant vacated. As for the apartments, we had two, Two Bedroom apartments in a great location; we were able to work with the Landlord and Tenants to get rents and terms that worked for both parties.”
