"A multifamily property has changed hands in Morristown for $1.45 million, under a deal arranged by Midtown Commercial Realty.

The property, located at 78 Market Street, is a 8 unit multifamily asset with a commercial lot for expansion. Midtown Director Camilla Martello brokered the sale, representing the buyer, while Compass represented the seller.

“Morristown is such a desirable market, and assets like this do not come along too often. The corner development lot is an added bonus to the transaction." Martello said.
