New Grocer at College Plaza

A new Grocer has leased 8,000+ square feet at College Plaza in Randolph, in a newly announced deal by Midtown Commercial Realty.

The brokerage firm said the operator, Zifiti Fresh, will occupy space at the 66,000 sf property located at 477 Route 10. Midtown Commercial Realty Managing Director Etan Tammam brokered the transaction.
