Nail salon takes 1,200 sq. ft. in Warren County, Midtown Commercial says
A nail salon has leased 1,200 square feet at a grocery-anchored shopping center in Warren County, in a newly announced deal by Midtown Commercial Realty.
The brokerage firm said the operator, Polish’d Nail Bar, will occupy the space at 152 Route 94 in Blairstown. Midtown Commercial Realty Managing Director Etan Tammam and Rick Weinberg of CBRE brokered the transaction.
“This is a great location anchored by Acme Supermarket and Valley National Bank,” Tammam and Weinberg said in a joint statement. “We look forward to seeing their success here.”
