Somerset Mixed Use Portfolio Sale

Midtown Commercial Realty is pleased to announce the sale of a Mixed Use portfolio in Somerset, New Jersey at 499 and 507 Hamilton Street. The 2 properties totaled 17 multifamily units over 5,500 sf of retail at a price of $4.6 million.
